NAMA 2019 Annual Conference:  October 2-4

Palmer House Hilton:  Chicago

NAMA will be holding its 30th Annual Conference at the Palmer House Hilton Hotel in Chicago, October 2-4. Thirty years ago NAMA (then NAIPFA) was founded at the same hotel, and we are excited to return and celebrate this great occasion.

The Conference will feature numerous sessions of interest to NAMA members about the municipal advisory profession and the municipal marketplace.  The event will feature an opening reception on Wednesday evening at The Berghoff, and the NAMA annual dinner will be held at the Palmer House Thursday evening.  Interaction with nearly 200 municipal advisor professionals and other market participants throughout the event is a key component of the program.

Conference sessions include:  MSRB and SEC Office of Municipal Securities Update; Current Focus of SEC Examinations and Enforcement Offices; Policy Matters!  Congressional, Regulatory and Judicial Overview of Events in the Muni Market;  The Business of Running a MA Firm; MSRB and FINRA Compliance Update; Compliance Roundtable; Using Market Information; Hot Topics - Being Prepared for Tomorrow's Market; and What Is Happening with P3s and Opportunity Zone Financings.

The cost for the conference is $590 for NAMA members, and $1180 for non members.  This fee allows all participants to attend conference sessions, the welcoming reception and annual dinner Thursday evening.  Guests may join conference attendees for the social functions at a rate of $160.
